The recipe calls for kaffir lime powder, a common ingredient in Thai and Asian cooking (where both the leaves and the fruit itself are used) which you can find in Asian supermarkets or some health food stores.
However, don’t despair if you can’t find kaffir limes in your area (also known as kieffer limes). The grated zest of 2 standard limes (or the zest of fresh kaffir limes) may be easily substituted instead of the kaffir lime powder.
